The LDG Development Resident Services team is more than an onsite amenity. Your property-specific Resident Services Coordinator is a vocal advocate and a reliable source of support. While Resident Services works collaboratively with the onsite team, our sole focus is the families calling the Eclipse in Russell home. The Resident Services Coordinator holds consistent office hours to ensure you have barrier-free access to the tools necessary for long-term success. As a dedicated member of the community, the Resident Services Coordinator can navigate referrals and provide support in moments of difficulty.

Our approach is resident-centric, and all programming is designed with you in mind. Your voice navigates our hands and guides the focus of each community event. While all programming is tailored to the specific needs of the community, you can expect onsite offerings to address health and wellness, education, and community building. Coordinator-facilitated events strive to uplift our community and support residents to achieve self-sufficiency. Comprehensive services take shape in the availability of free afterschool services, supplemental food pantries, and workshops detailing financial empowerment and legal aid. These initiatives aim to strengthen community culture and deepen your sense of belonging.

Families living at the Eclipse in Russell can also explore the option to apply for the neighborhood, Bezos Academy – Russell Campus, a tuition-free, Montessori-inspired preschool located in the Russell neighborhood. While spots are limited and enrollment is determined through an application process, the academy provides a unique opportunity for eligible families seeking high-quality, accessible early education.
